POLICIES

Reservations & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy for cabins or lodge is as follows: more than 30 days before reserved stay = no charge; 15-30 days before reserved stay = pay 50% of total amount; less than 15 days before reserved stay = pay full total.

When booking the entire resort, reservations are guaranteed with a deposit for one-half of the total stay.  We have a 60 Day Cancellation Policy when reserving the entire resort. The Cancellation Policy when reserving the entire resort is as follows: cancel more than 60 days before reserved stay = no charge, deposit refunded; cancel less than 60 days before reserved stay = pay full total.

We are not located on the beaten path. We are in a very quiet, secluded area and we do not get drive by traffic. 99.9% of our bookings are by reservations, so we do not have the traffic necessary to fill last minute vacancies.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly with friendly pets. We do have a $25.00 pet deposit for each pet, limit two per cabin (damage is extra). We do ask that you crate them if they are left alone, keep them on a leash if they tend to jump on other guests (as our fur baby does), and pick up after them.
